Shipping Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with us are dispatched, how long delivery takes, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way. It applies to all orders delivered within South Africa unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Order Processing

Stage What happens Time
Order placed You receive an order confirmation email Within 24 hours
Payment cleared Order enters our dispatch queue Same or next business day
Dispatched Handed to our courier; tracking number issued See Section 3

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. "Business day" means Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We ship using Aramex's store-to-door service. Estimated delivery is 8 to 11 business days from the date your order is dispatched (not from the date it is placed).

These timeframes are estimates given in good faith. They are based on normal operating conditions and assume the delivery address is accurate and accessible.

4. Aramex Store-to-Door Service

Store-to-door means your parcel is collected from our dispatch point and delivered to the address you provide. Please ensure:

  • The delivery address is complete and correct at checkout.
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours.
  • The contact number on the order is reachable.

If Aramex is unable to deliver after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be returned to us, and re-delivery may attract a further shipping charge.

5. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your parcel's progress on Aramex's tracking portal. Tracking information updates at Aramex's discretion and may not reflect real-time location at every moment.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. These include:

  • Courier or logistics failures, strikes, or network disruptions
  • Adverse weather, natural disasters, or road closures
  • Customs or regulatory holds, load-shedding affecting courier operations
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by you
  • Failure by you or a third party to accept delivery

Where such a delay occurs, we will keep you informed and work with Aramex to resolve it as quickly as possible. Our liability in these circumstances is limited to assisting you and, where a parcel is lost in transit, offering a replacement or a refund of the item and shipping cost.

However, nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including our liability for loss arising from our own gross negligence, or our obligation to deliver your order within the statutory period where no timeframe has been agreed. Where the statutory period applies, we will deliver within that period, or refund you in full if we cannot.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders

  • Lost in transit: If Aramex confirms a parcel is lost, we will replace it or refund you, at your election.
  • Damaged on arrival: Report damage to us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the parcel and contents. Do not discard the packaging.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Contact us within 48 hours and we will open a trace with Aramex.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. Charges are non-refundable except where the fault lies with us or the parcel is lost.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.
